From the moment you schedule your services, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with providing world class service and the highest quality products. In order to maintain the safety and comfort of all, clients are asked to familiarize themselves with the following Policies, and fill out the forms requested by Luxe Day Spa. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Arrival - For your comfort and benefit, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled services. As a courtesy to our next guest, your service will end on time and cannot be extended due to late arrival.
Cell Phones– To ensure a relaxing and peaceful experience, we request that electronic devices are silenced upon arrival.
Gratuity –Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is left to the discretion of our guests.
Health & Wellness – If you have any medical conditions, physical ailments, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform us when scheduling your appointment, as well as your technician prior to receiving your services. A guest intake form for certain services will be filled out before your treatment.
Gift Cards – Available in any denomination for services or products. Gift cards are non-refundable, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. The value of a Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Card must be presented at time of service.
Cancellations - In consideration to all clients and our technicians, advance notice in cancelling a service is mandatory. If you find you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling services.
Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full service price. No shows and cancellations less than 12 hours will be charged the full price. Failure to comply will result in termination of future appointments and /or scheduling. Thank you for understanding.
Merchandise Returns or Exchanges – All retail sales are final.
Rates - All prices are subject to change without notice.Please inquire about current pricing when scheduling your services. Please note that tax is not included in the cost of our services.
Discounts cannot be combined. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks or cash.
Reservation Policy - Spa/Salon services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance to ensure availability. When scheduling two or more services a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. See cancellation policy for details.
Appointment Confirmation-As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments the day before your scheduled appointment.
Personal Possessions- Luxe Day Spa cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and valuables. When using the spa, please leave any valuables at home.
Children under 18 - Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent and they will need to provide a signed waiver in order to receive treatments. Please contact the spa for further information. Reoccurring Appointments - Are available to anyone who would like to schedule weekly or monthly appointments for the calendar year. As a courtesy to other clients and technicians, please adhere to our Cancellation Policy that is stated above.
